Leadership
I have had the pleasure of working with a broad range of talent in my career and developing creative teams is one of my passions. I truly believe a great idea can come from any voice on the team. I put a lot of trust, faith, and expectations in my team that everyone will bring their all to the table. We will collectively learn from one another, support each, other ask each other for help, and raise our hand for opportunities. We win together, not separately and everyone should feel inspired, recognized, and appreciated. As an optimistic leader, I see no challenge as insurmountable and I always try to approach each opportunity with ambition, compassion, and balance.
Process
I am a creative who balances a love of research, data, and business strategy with a love of bold, sophisticated, and modern design. For me, every project needs to begin by defining the why and who we are designing for before we get to how we will execute. Sometimes that is clear and other times it’s a complex process to tease out. By bringing clarity to our collective purpose and voice we can better develop successful solutions and inspiring stories.
